This data set contains all data related to the publication "Nanoscale surface defects of goethite governing DNA adsorption process and formation of the Goethite-DNA conjugates: (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.chemosphere.2024.142602). The dataset is divided into eight files: (I) Adsorption studies, (II) AFM measurements, (III) Aggregation studies, (IV) BET, (V) FTIR, (VI) TEM, (VII) XRD, and (VIII) Zeta potential measurements. These files represent datasets for a particular part of the study.
