Analysis of the interaction of the RNA of the nuclear fraction of human cells with lipids

RNA-lipid interaction sequencing was performed for the nuclear fraction of HeLa cells RNA. Overall design: RNA from the nuclear fraction of HeLa cells was used for a pulldown with lipid-coated beads and the recovered bound RNA was sequenced.
