This dataset contains phase portrait data generated from several classical nonlinear dynamical systems, including the Chua circuit, Lorenz system, and an experimental laser model. The dataset is accompanied by MATLAB code organized in a structured and reproducible format to facilitate reuse by other researchers. Each dynamical system is stored in a separate subfolder. Within every subfolder, three main MATLAB files are provided: rk4.m: This file implements the classical fourth-order Runge–Kutta (RK4) numerical scheme used to solve the system of ordinary differential equations. lorzk.m: This file defines the specific system of differential equations along with their corresponding parameter values. Although the filename is consistent across folders, its contents are adapted to represent the respective dynamical system (e.g., Chua, Lorenz, or laser model). Main script file: main_chua.m for the Chua system main_lorenz.m for the Lorenz system main_edfl_Code.m for the laser system These main scripts execute the numerical integration using the RK4 method and generate the corresponding phase portraits. They also handle the saving of the generated data. The dataset is designed to ensure reproducibility of the phase portraits and to provide a flexible framework for further analysis of nonlinear dynamics. Researchers can modify parameters within the system definition files to explore different dynamical regimes such as periodicity and chaos. In addition, a separate folder named “All Dataset” is included. This folder contains the complete set of phase portrait datasets for all dynamical systems analyzed in this study. It allows users to directly access the generated data without rerunning the simulations.
