Haplotype-resolved genome and pangenome analysis of a promising mollusc model Mulinia lateralis

The dwarf surfclam Mulinia lateralis is widely considered a model species in Mollusca because of its small size, short generation and completely artificial culture. We carried out this haplotype-resolved genome and pan-genome project to reveal the genetic characteristics and assist the advancement of gene editing of M. laterlis.
