Pyrethroid insecticide resistance of Lasioderma serricorne has been reported in some countries. However, the resistance mechanism has not been elucidated. For this study, to mine the genes encoding sodium channel , a target of pyrethroids, RNA-seq analysis was performed using L. serricorne strains with different sensitivities to the insecticides.
