Commensal bacteria from skin mucus of Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) raised in flow-through systems in NB, Canada. Some salmon experienced stress (ulcer) and some did not. One - and 2 - year old salmon were included in the study. The purpose is to identify if there are potential beneficial bacteria from the commensal bacterial community to protect against stress.
