Clinicopathological Dataset of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST)

This dataset contains fully anonymized clinicopathological data of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). All personal identifiers have been removed to comply with ethical requirements. The dataset includes: - Patient demographic information (sex, age) - Immunohistochemical markers (CD117, Dog-1, CD34, S-100, SOX-10, SMA, Ki-67, SDHB, Vimentin, Desmin) - Primary tumor site, maximum diameter, histological type, mitotic count - Mutation type, mutation site, and risk stratification (NIH risk classification) A detailed data description file is provided to explain all variable coding and definitions.
