NRS-5546 | Application files for bread manufacturers' licenses

These files consist of the original application for a license (as required under the Bread Manufacture and Delivery Act, 1950) and subsequent correspondence concerning it. Applicants were required to state their name and the address of the premises, and to supply a list of employees. If granted, a copy of the license is also placed on the file along with subsequent renewals until the license is permitted to lapse or is cancelled.
