This series comprises Health Inspectors reports in a bound volume, relating to the administration of health regulations under S.57 of the Public Health Act 1902/1937.The volume records instances of infectious diseases, inspections of houses and shops for compliance to local government regulations, impounding of animals, local nuisances and building reports in the Municipality of Burwood.Originally long-hand reports, by late 1941 they are type-written. The reports were initially written directly on to the pages, however typed pages were inserted into the volume. These volumes are addressed to the Town Clerk from the Senior Health Officer
