资源简介:
Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) contain miRNAs that can exert a broad regulatory effect on wound healing. This study is dedicated to screening miRNAs within MSC-derived exosomes that play a major role in promoting wound healing using high-throughput miRNA sequencing technology. Initially, we stimulate MSCs with an appropriately intense of inflammatory microenvironment to enhance the regenerative capacity of the exosomes they secrete (EX1.25). High-throughput sequencing of miRNAs was conducted on both EX1.25 and the exosomes secreted by MSCs without induction (EX0). We compared the types of miRNAs and the relative abundance of each miRNA present in both EX1.25 and EX0, aiming to identify miRNAs that are likely to play a primary role in promoting wound healing.
