Dataset pertaining to the paper "Capsule controlled release of crystallisation inhibitors in mortars"

The paper is a development towards encapsulating the crystallisation inhbitor (sodium ferrocyanide) in chitosan-calcium alginate capsules and controlling its release in hardened mortar to slow the leaching of the inhibitor.<br>The dataset is a zipped file divided in subfolders for each part of the paper.
