Plasma Global Lipidomics and targeted Metabolomics for dengue and malaria

This dataset contains Global Lipidomics and Targeted metabolomics (PRM) data generated using high resolution LC-MS/MS. This study contains patient plasma samples from vector borne febrile infectious diseases like Falciparum malaria, vivax malaria and dengue fever having both non-severe and severe cohorts of each disease, compared with healthy control individuals. The datasets include raw files of both the studies. The study enunciates the comparative metabolic landscape of two dimensions (lipids and overal metabolites) of all the diseases and cohorts.
