WAYS TO REDUCE UNEMPLOYMENT AND ITS SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACT

This article analyzes the causes of unemployment and examines effective strategies for reducing unemployment levels. The study highlights the importance of education, professional training, technological development, entrepreneurship support, and government policies aimed at labor market stabilization. The research is based on theoretical analysis and comparative evaluation of international practices. The findings indicate that integrated socio-economic policies and investment in human capital significantly contribute to lowering unemployment rates and ensuring sustainable economic growth.
