TYF-LIM-R05 bacteria was isolated from the finished vinegar which has undergone high temperature sterilization. So it has the nature of acid and high temperature resistance. In addition, the TYF-LIM-R05 bacteria was likely to lead to spoilage of vinegar gas production, sticky of the phenomenon of one of the microorganisms.
