Evf2 lncRNA controls Sox2, BRG1 (Smarca4) and Dlx binding in E13.5 mouse brain ganglionic eminences. Sox2 controls Dlx5/6ultraconserved enhancer (Dlx5/6UCE) interactions across chromosome 6. A subset overlap with Evf2 regulated Dlx5/6UCE interaction sites. We used CUT&RUN to analyze Sox2, Smarca4 and Dlx binding profiles in three mouse models Evf2+/+ [WT], Evf2TS/TS (loss of Evf2) and Evf1TS/TS (loss of Evf1, truncation of Evf2). We use 4Cseq and Dlx5/6UCE as bait to determine Dlx5/6UCE interactions in the presence of Sox2 (Sox2fl/fl cre negative) and absence of Sox2 in GABAergic progenitors (Sox2fl/fl Dlx5/6cre positive) in mouse E13.5 GEs
