Machining and production related to ARM is an extremely demanding field with high requirements for cutting-edge technologies. Introducing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) into this industry aims to achieve precise alignment between market demand and production via perceiving, collecting and converting various data elements during the production and machining processes, thereby reducing production capacity waste caused by information asymmetry and maximizing overall production efficiency. However, whether enterprises have truly improved their production efficiency after introducing the MES system is a common concern for numerous firms in this industry, which needs to be verified through analysis and calculation of corresponding data elements. This data analysis solution addresses the problem of verifying whether the MES system has effectively improved the production efficiency in this industry through algorithmic rule-based calculations. The extracted data elements include: Reported Completed Quantity (CRD), Actual Production Duration (PD), and Planned Daily Output (RPO). 1. Algorithmic Rules: Calculate the Comprehensive Production Efficiency (CPE) using the formula: CPE = (CRD / (RPO * PD)) * 100%. Actual production duration is calculated in days; any duration less than 1 day shall be counted as 1 day. 2. Data Analysis: If CPE > 100%, the status is marked as "Excessive Production"; if CPE = 100%, the status is marked as "Production Standard Compliant"; if CPE < 100%, the status is marked as "Production Standard Non-Compliant" based on the Reported Completed Quantity or Actual Production Duration. 3. Analysis Conclusion Based on Status: If the status is "Excessive Production", it indicates that the introduction of the MES system has successfully improved production efficiency; if the status is "Production Standard Compliant", it means that the MES system has neither improved nor reduced production efficiency; if the status is "Production Standard Non-Compliant", it indicates that the introduction of the MES system has actually reduced production efficiency.
