กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับองค์กรการกุศล

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาแนวคิดหลักการของกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับองค์กรการกุศลให้บรรลุเป้าหมายความสำเร็จในการทำกุศล (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับองค์กรการกุศลในประเทศไทยนำไปแก้ไขปัญหาการทำกุศล (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบวิเคราะห์ปัญหากฎหมายเกี่ยวกับองค์กรการกุศลของประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ (4) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับองค์กรการกุศลใช้ภายในประเทศไทย งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นงานวิจัยทางกฎหมาย โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการศึกษาวิจัยทางเอกสาร รวบรวมค้นคว้าจากประมวลกฎหมาย หนังสือ บทความ ข้อมูลจากอินเทอร์เน็ตที่เกี่ยวกับองค์กรกุศลของประเทศไทยและของต่างประเทศรวมไปถึงวิทยานิพนธ์และสารนิพนธ์ ผลงานวิจัยพบว่า (1) องค์กรการกุศลมีเป้าหมายโน้มน้าวจิตใจให้คนในสังคมช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันลดความเหลื่อมล้ำของคนในสังคมและให้ความยุติธรรมแก่ผู้บริจาคด้วยการคุ้มครองวัตถุประสงค์ของผู้บริจาคที่ได้บริจาคทรัพย์สินนำไปมอบความช่วยเหลือให้แก่ผู้ประสบภัยความทุกข์ยากได้หลุดพ้นจากความทุกข์ยากจนสามารถพัฒนามีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น (2) การทำโครงการการกุศลระยะสั้น ๆ หรือโครงการกุศลระยะยาวจำเป็นต้องสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้เกิดขึ้นแก่ประชาชนตรวจสอบยืนยันความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต (3) การลดขั้นตอนการจดทะเบียนเป็นองค์กรการกุศลสามารถอำนวยความสะดวกแก่องค์กรการกุศลให้ได้รับการรับรองจากรัฐ (4) การควบคุมตรวจสอบองค์กรการกุศลมีความจำเป็นเพื่อปกป้องทรัพย์สินขององค์กรการกุศลไม่ให้เกิดความเสียหายในอนาคต || The research aims to (1) study a conceptual framework law on charities that are currently in use in Thailand (2) to study the issue of legislation on charities to fix problems.
