ML4GCS FluidFlower dataset

Interpretations of laboratory CO2 storage FluidFlower experiments AC14 and BC02, described in Haugen et al "Physical variability in meter-scale laboratory CO2 injections in faulted geometries." doi: https://doi.org/10.1007/s11242-023-02047-8 focusing on cell-wise gas saturation and mass of CO2. The interpretation has been determined using the Darcy-Scale Image Analysis Toolbox DarSIA. The datasets are organized in two separate folders `ac14` and `bc02`. Each folder contains the following files: facies.csv providing a spatial map of the facies identifiers per cell material_parameters.csv containing a table associating facies with hydraulic parameters injection_protocol.csv containing the injection locations, durations, and rates during CO2 injection metadata.json containing separate meta information on dimensions, pressure and temperature data ml4gcs_spatial_map_HH_MM.csv spatial maps with saturation and CO2 mass data, where HH and MM denote hours and minutes after injection start. ml4gcs_spatial_map_subset contains data for 2:30 hours (after injection) 5:00 hours, 10:00 hours, 20:00 hours, 50:00 hours, 72:00 hours (end of dataset).
