Housing and Building Permits 2019-Present

This dataset covers housing and building permits from 2019 to the present. Permits filled before February 3, 2025, include amendments such as extensions, reinstatements, and changes to contractors in the dataset. A new permitting system launched on February 3, 2025; after that date, amendments and related changes are not counted as new permit applications and are no longer captured in the dataset. Filtering on the "IsPermitModification" column can isolate the original permits from the extensions and modifications, allowing fair comparisons between previous and current systems.
