资源简介:
This dataset contains the experimental and computational data supporting the research article: "Influence of Weld Proximity and Sequence on Residual Stress and Distortion in Friction Stir Welding: A Neutron Diffraction Study."
The data provided includes:
Residual stress measurements (Longitudinal, Transverse, and Normal directions) obtained for various multi-welded lap-joint configurations (Plates E, F, G, H, and I) using 6061 and A356 aluminum alloys.
Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) modeling results for Plates B, C, and D. These files provide the high-fidelity thermal distributions used to calculate thermal gradients and predict peak temperatures during high-speed FSW.
Raw temperature-time histories recorded for Plates B, C, and D, utilized to validate the computational SPH models against real-world physical measurements.
