Whole genome shotgun sequences of Chamaelirium luteum

This study aims to decipher the path of centromere evolution, we revealed the centromere structure of C. luteum, and compared the (epi)genome organization, kinetochore composition, and genome synteny between the monocentric C. luteum and the holocentric sister Chionographis japonica. Genomic DNA of Chamaelirium luteum leaf tissue was used for whole genome shotgun sequencing.
