Physiological and molecular mechanisms of oats in response to Drechslera avenae infection (PRJCA017507)

This project is to explore the physiological and molecular mechanisms of oats in response to Drechslera avenae infection. The contents include endogenous hormone content, enzyme activity and transcriptome sequencing analysis of the leaves sampled at different time points of infection were determined.
