资源简介:
Micro-RNAs (miRNAs) are key, post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression that have been implicated in a plethora of biological processes. Their role in sleep, however, has received little attention. In this experiment, we investigated the effects of in vivo miR-709 inhibition on the cortical transcriptome of adult mice. Cortical tissues from five i-miR-709- and five scrambled-injected mice were dissected and assessed for the expression of specific genes of interest, defined by a previous in vitro screening. After removal of an outlier sample, four i-miR-709- and five scrambled-injected cortex samples were retained in the data set for statistical analysis.
