County-level typhoon wind-dose panel (84,715 county–event pairs), county centroids, and replication code for coastal China, 2010–2025

Replication data and code for "The Cost of Binary Exposure: Wind-Dose Thresholds for Typhoon Impacts on County-Level Nighttime Lights in Coastal China" (submitted to International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, 2026). The deposit contains: the county-typhoon ERA5 wind-dose panel (84,715 county-event pairs, 123 landfalling events, 2010-2025); the county-month VIIRS nighttime-light panel (April 2012 - December 2025); CMA wind-circle exposure rosters; the event catalogue; county centroids; the official-disaster extraction table for the 13 extreme-gust events; and the complete estimation and figure code with frozen result files and built-in self-checks, including the hardened clean-12 county-aligned wind-rain horse-race specification (B1C1) underlying Figure 5. Raw ERA5, VIIRS, CMA, and NOAA ISD data are publicly available from their respective providers (see README). Version 2 adds the official-disaster extraction table and the hardened Figure 5 pipeline; all frozen numerical results are unchanged from v1.
