In order to detect the function of BDG1 and LACS2 in shoot apical meristems during the transformation from skotomorphogenesis to Photomorphogenesis during seedling germination, WT, bdg1 and lacs2 were grown on 1/2MS medium containing sucrose under dark conditions for 4 days, and stem tips were collected for Transcriptome analysis. Total RNA was isolated with RNAiso Plus (9109, TaKaRa). Illumina sequencing libraries were generated using the standard protocol. The paired-end sequencing libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer.
