Natural allelic diversities of GmPrx16 confer drought tolerance in soybean (PRJCA018250)

Soybean is a drought sensitive crop. Therefore, mining elite natural variations from germplasm resources is meaningful and useful for breeding high yield soybeans with drought tolerance. This project contains two sets of RNA sequencing data. The one is RNA sequencing data of soybean leaves treated with dehydration stress for 0h, 2h and 4h. the other is RNA sequencing data of leaves from GmPrx16 transgenic lines and wild type Dongnong No.50 under drought condition.
