ddRAD-seq genotyping data for clonal gametophytes of the brown alga Saccharina latissima (EU project SeaMark)

This projet involved genetic analysis of a collection of 174 clonal Saccharina latissima gametophyte cultures decended from wild-harvested sporophytes collected from 10 different sites in Brittany, France, the Faroes Islands and Norway. Genotype data was generated using the double digest restriction-site associated DNA (ddRAD-seq) method with the enzymes MseI and PstI.
