RARa restrains CD8 T cell effector program [CHIP-seq]

We investigated the binding of RARa and BATF to the chromatin of activated CD8 T cells. Distnctive and co-binding of the two factors in RA-depletd and replte conditions were revealed. WT CD8 T cells, activated for 24 h with anti-CD3, anti-CD28, and IL-2 and then rested for 24 h in IL-2 (100 U/ml), were further treated with or without RA (50 nM) for 1 h.
