Dataset for responses of the functional traits of wetland plants to variations in water levels and regimes—a global synthesis

This dataset and code were developed as part of a study investigating the responses of the functional traits of wetland plants to variations in water levels and regimes. The dataset includes 2257 observations compiled from 85 studies, with variables such as biome, spatial coordinates (latitude and longitude), wetland type, experimental intensity, duration, study type, and response variables. Meta-analysis and network analysis were conducted using R to examine the relationships between water level changes and plant trait data.
