Processed dataset from Vizgen MERSCOPE spatial transcriptomics measurement of 2 sections from 2 lung cancer patients. Cells are clustered based on their cellular niches (also known as spatial domains or spatial clusters) using CellCharter.Additionally, we share the scANVI model used for batch effect removal, dimensionality reduction and cell type estimation.
