The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a saw handle which can be efficiently manufactured with ease at a low manufacturing cost， even in varying sizes， can achieve high usability for users， can have a prolonged service life， and can allow users themselves to change the design and replace consumable parts; and a saw provided with the saw handle. A saw handle 10 used by attaching a saw blade 20 to the leading end is provided with: a handle body 11; and an attachment body 12 which is attached to the handle body 11. A longitudinal wide range of the handle body 11 is segmented into a plurality of unit sections K. The attachment body 12 is formed as a plurality of unit attachment bodies 12 which are attached to the plurality of unit sections K， respectively. The plurality of unit attachment bodies 12 are detachably attached to the plurality of unit sections K of the handle body 11， respectively.
