To investigate the potential interactions between of Gata6 and Mib1 in OFT development, we generated a double heterozygous mice Mib1V943F/+ Gata6STOP/+, harvested OFT at E11.5, and determined gene expression profiles, using RNA-seq. Gene expression profiling with RNA-seq was performed in four pairs of E11.5 OFT control and Mib1V943F/+ Gata6STOP/+ (MUT) samples, each of them obtained by pooling material from three individuals.
为探究Gata6与Mib1在心脏流出道(outflow tract, OFT)发育过程中的潜在相互作用,我们构建了双杂合小鼠模型Mib1V943F/+ Gata6STOP/+,于小鼠胚胎第11.5天(E11.5)采集其心脏流出道组织,并通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)开展基因表达谱分析。本研究共纳入4组配对样本,每组包含1个对照样本与1个Mib1V943F/+ Gata6STOP/+(MUT)突变样本,所有样本均由3只个体的组织材料混合制备得到。
