Reproducibility data and analysis code for AMF measurements across tobacco cultivar field trials

This repository contains the processed data, statistical analysis scripts, and machine-readable outputs used in the manuscript. Final publication figures are provided with the journal submission and are not generated by this repository. The deposit supports reproduction of PERMANOVA, PERMDISP, Procrustes, root colonization models, soil physicochemical analyses, and agronomic trait associations for 120 field plots and 240 sequencing libraries. Raw sequence reads are associated with NCBI BioProject PRJNA1483973. Processed data and metadata are licensed under CC BY 4.0; analysis code is licensed under the MIT License. Files are restricted during peer review and are available through a private reviewer link.
