资源简介:
This research paper investigates the implementation of gamification within agile IT project management systems to enhance engagement and improve user experience among team members. Addressing common challenges such as declining motivation and user disengagement in IT project environments, the study adopts the Mechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics (MDA) framework to design and assess gamification features systematically. To tailor these features effectively, user motivations are analyzed through Bartle’s taxonomy, classifying participants into four personas: achievers, killers, socializers, and explorers. A prototype incorporating key gamification elements—such as points, badges, levels, and leaderboards—is particularly evaluated involving 119 participants through the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), measuring attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The findings demonstrate that integrating structured gamification strategies significantly increases user engagement and satisfaction in project management systems.
