Holiday and Outdoor Life Survey 1974

The main purpose of this survey was to register the holiday and outdoor life habits of persons within different sections of the population. The survey examines holiday trips that are undertaken in the course of a year, and how the trips are divided by seasons, destinations, type of nature surrounding the holiday resort, means of transportation, overnight accommodations, and distance to holiday resort and the most important holiday activity. The survey also includes questions regarding people's outdoor life habits, exercise and sport. The questions in this part of the survey consist of the extent of satisfaction the respondent experienced in terms of different activity facilities in their local community, as well as mapping the respondents' equipment for this form of activity.
This survey from 1974 is a repetition of a former survey conducted in 1970.
