Regional rural banks outstanding advances India FY 2019-2022, by sector

In financial year 2022, the agricultural sector, with more than 2.5 trillion Indian rupees in outstanding advances, accounted for the maximum loans taken from the regional rural banks in India. Other priority sectors with significant outstanding loans included micro small and medium enterprises, education, and housing.
