Considering the approaches, capacities and conditions for each county and district to fulfill their carbon reduction targets, the targets shall be allocated rationally and in an orderly manner. The decomposition ideas and methods, as well as the scope of indicator selection, shall be aligned with carbon dioxide emission accounting data, energy data and socio-economic indicators. The scope and methodological framework shall be consistent with the calculation methods adopted by the national and provincial authorities when conducting carbon intensity assessment, so as to ensure the comparability of target achievement results. The time span of the data in this dataset is from 2023 to the present.
