资源简介:
Porcine extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli (ExPEC) is an important pathogen that leads to economic and welfare costs in the swine industry worldwide, and is occurring with increasing frequency in China. PU-1 is a super virulent porcine ExPEC isolated from the piglet with acute sepsis, and belongs to the phylogenetic group B2 and serotype O2:K1. Whole genome sequencing of strain PU-1 may contribute to better explore the pathogenic mechanism of porcine ExPEC.
