Data and code associated with the publication: Implantation of a passive electrical neurostimulation device achieves inflammatory modulation in rodents

This dataset includes arterial blood pressure recordings collected during vagus nerve stimulation experiments in a rodent model, quantified pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine measurements from serum samples, and electromyogram data from the hamstring and plantar muscles following sciatic nerve stimulation. Also included are custom scripts used for data acquisition, signal processing, statistical analysis, and figure generation, as well as Altium design files for the printed circuit boards used in the study. Files are provided to support reproducibility, validation of reported results, and research transparency.
