Fusarium wilt is a major disease in watermelon cultivation. In this experiment, we therefore have compared the physiological and biochemical indexes of resistant and sensitive watermelon varieties after FON incubation, established the SA, JA, and ABA determination system in watermelon roots, and used transcriptome sequencing to identify the differential expressed genes in different varieties related to phytohormones signaling pathways at onset stage.
