Scale-out generated Parquet archive for a doped zirconia conductivity resource

Directly downloadable generated companion dataset for the doped-zirconia conductivity resource. The archive contains 105,000,000 compliant generated material-sample rows and linked dopant, sintering and crystal-phase Parquet tables, together with manifest, generation metadata, hard-constraint counts and range checks. The records are rule-based generated values intended for workflow testing, synthetic-data validation, grouped-split benchmarking and synthetic-to-real reuse diagnostics. They are not experimental conductivity measurements and do not replace the 1,351-record experimental reference dataset in the main data record. The archive is uploaded as six split tar parts plus a reassembly README and checksum manifests; reassembled archive SHA-256: E3D72F90A404E4D36962C2C032919D59D6BBE4118B837374CF1D45065923EB8E.
