Genome-wide maps of chromatin state for LAG-1 in germline

We report the application of conventional ChIP-seq analysis for LAG-1 chromatin state in germline. We identified 137 genes putatively regulated by LAG-1 that's overlapped by three independent biological replicates. These genes included previously known targets lst-1, sygl-1, and mir-61/250. Three independent biological replicates were performed for ChIP-seq analyses. ChIP-seq peaks were called by MACS2.0 with fold enrichment (IP / input) greater than 2.0 and False discovery rate less than 0.05.
