HIV test positivity rate in France 2022, by region

This graph shows the share of positive tests for HIV per 1,000 tests carried out in France in 2022, split down by region. That year, Île-de-France, the Paris region, had the highest HIV test positivity rate in metropolitan France, at three percent. However, the overseas territory of French Guiana registered the highest positive HIV serology test rate with 7.1 positive tests per thousand tests, followed by Mayotte.
