Partnering for Success: managing threats for increased conservation across the QMDC

QMDC, in partnership with the community, particularly rural landholders, future generations, Aboriginal peoples and local government, will work together to manage current and emerging threats facing biodiversity across the region. Increased conservation outcomes will be achieved through a mixture of incentives for on-ground work, community engagement focussing on building knowledge and skills, and rewards for good practice. QMDC along with the community will focus on the importance of addressing multiple issues at a landscape scale ensuring cost effective delivery for quality outcomes.
