为做好我省海洋渔业生态和资源监测工作，省海洋与渔业局局要求各任务承担单位通过监测数据报送管理软件平台，每年报送监测区域浮游植物（水采）数据，数据通过人工采集监测及实验室分析得出且数据周期较长，数据可服务海洋渔业经济健康发展。

To strengthen the monitoring of marine fishery ecology and resources in our province, the Provincial Department of Marine and Fisheries has required all task undertaking units to submit annual data on phytoplankton (water-collected) from monitored areas via the monitoring data reporting management software platform. These data are derived from manual field sampling and laboratory analysis, have a relatively long collection cycle, and can support the healthy development of the marine fishery economy.
