+: monitoring.-: not monitoring.After one baseline week (SW1), lighting conditions were modified every 2 weeks for 9 weeks. Participant's sleep-wake rhythm and personal light environment were continuously monitored throughout the study via actigraphy and light sensors, respectively. Eight saliva samples were collected on one day every week (6 samples before bedtime and 2 samples after wake time) and a neurobehavioral test battery was performed at the end of each lighting block.
