The presented metrics include the results of body composition analyses of participants in the research project SKN/SP/602410/2024 Student Research Groups Create Innovations entitled "THE EFFECT OF LOWER LIMB ISCHEMIA-HARDENING TRAINING ON EXERCISE-INDUCED MUSCLE DAMAGE, INCREASED INFLAMMATORY STATUS, AND CHANGES IN IRON METABOLISM." The results concern both the impact of a single intervention and the 14-day intervention protocol.
