This BioProject focuses on the characterization of terrestrial plant biodiversity using airborne environmental DNA (eDNAir). Air samples were collected using a cyclone-based air sampler and analyzed through DNA metabarcoding targeting plant barcode regions. The project aims to evaluate the potential of airborne eDNA as a non-invasive tool for monitoring plant communities and to assess how marker choice and reference database completeness influence biodiversity detection.
