The Axis Model: A Unified Framework for Emergent Particle Structure, Cosmology, and Gravitational Phenomena

This repository contains the computational notebooks, reproducibility pipelines, and numerical artifacts accompanying the Axis Model foundational framework. The release provides the canonical computational supplement for the published manuscript and reproduces the figures, benchmark calculations, statistical analyses, and numerical diagnostics reported throughout the paper. The notebooks are designed for direct execution in Google Colab and emphasize transparent, independently reproducible workflows. Public datasets are downloaded automatically where required (for example, SPARC galaxy rotation curves, Planck CMB products, and released neutrino posterior data), while all generated figures, computational artifacts, manifests, and checksums are organized to preserve complete provenance between the manuscript and computational release. Domains covered Galactic dynamics: SPARC rotation-curve benchmarks and scalar-response analyses. Gravitational phenomenology: weak-lensing benchmarks, Einstein Cross modeling, compact-object response diagnostics, and environmental gravitational-response calculations. Cosmology: CMB low-multipole suppression template, high-ℓ effective-dust compatibility studies, Hubble-expansion scaling, and cosmological response benchmarks. Particle and field benchmarks: electron structure, muon-decay bookkeeping, neutrino posterior analyses, scalar coherence, electroweak normalization, and fine-structure constant closure. Foundational geometry: tri-vector emergence, projector geometry, scalar-coherence structure, numerical validation benchmarks, and computational reproductions supporting the theoretical framework. Computational validation: reproducibility ledgers, statistical diagnostics, figure-generation pipelines, artifact manifests, and release verification utilities. Release notes This release accompanies the revised July 2026 foundational manuscript and provides the synchronized canonical notebook set referenced throughout the paper. The notebooks have been updated to align with the parent-theory authority structure, revised empirical classifications, and the current manuscript organization. Stored outputs have been cleared to support independent execution, while provenance information, generated artifacts, and release manifests preserve reproducibility. This release supersedes previous computational supplements associated with the Axis Model.
