Expression analysis of Gluconacetobacter xylinus NBRC 3288 delta-fnrG mutant

Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in a Gluconacetobacter xylinus NBRC 3288 delta-fnrG mutant, compared to the wild-type strain. A 16 chip study using total RNA recovered from eight separate wild-type cultures of Gluconacetobacter xylinus NBRC 3288 and eight separate cultures of a disruptant mutant strain. Each chip measures the expression level of 3,193 genes from Gluconacetobacter xylinus NBRC 3288 and the associated seven plasmid with twenty-one 60-mer probe pairs per gene, with three-fold technical redundancy.
